how it works
1. Onboarding
Start with a consultation with our chef to create a personalized meal plan based on your goals, allergies, preferences, and lifestyle.
2. ORdering
Each Tuesday, you'll receive our weekly menu. Choose your meals by Friday at 12 PM via text or email—each dish is tailored to your plan.
3. Delivery
Meals are delivered every Sunday and stay fresh through Friday. Ready-made, performance-focused, and fully customized.
